The Quick And Easy Way To Create An Intention List!

by Dick Ingersoll

An intention list is a very powerful vehicle when it concerns manifesting with the Law of Attraction. In essence, an intention list is a list of everything you desire and anticipate actualizing. Building your list is a great manifestation meditation, and reexamining your list will add fuel to the fire. Let’s talk more about what an intention list is and how you are able to create one.

Ponder over all of the worldly pleasures you desire, and start to write them down. You may write things along these lines a plasma tv set, a brand-new automobile, a new residence, a great job, a million dollars, a vacation to Hawaii, etc. Just note down one item per line and write until you’ve depleted your goals. More will occur to you over the next hour and even week, and you’ll need to add them when they do.

Creating the list should put you in an excited frame of mind, which is perfect for manifesting. What you should do when the list is finished, since you’ll in all likelihood be tired out by then, is to display it in a place that you will look at it every day. Display it in your bathroom, or bedroom, or someplace that you are able to stop and look it over daily. You don’t need to study your full list every day! Several items will stand out at you as the most attention-getting, and what you should do then is to highlight those items.

Now each day when you pass your list, stop for a moment and read over the highlighted items. Imagine the feeling you will have when you obtain that item. Feel your excitement and happiness. Then continue with your day. By placing a little more energy into your intent day after day, you will find that several of your highlighted items will manifest quickly. When something on your intention list manifests, merely put a nice big checkmark by it and highlight another item that you want.

Bit by bit, you’ll observe that the items on your list are manifesting in your life, and each week your unrealized highlighted items will be changing. The more this happens, the more you will trust in the technique, and the quicker additional items will manifest. You will rapidly find that an intention list will be something you always choose to keep around. They’re fun to write, fun to read, and most especially, that fun translates into emotion which transforms into energy which translates into manifestation!

When you’ve entirely completed one list, tuck it aside someplace safe. One day you may savor looking back through previous lists and discovering just how much success you have experienced with the Law of Attraction. If that doesn’t appeal to you, I propose you to take a more pagan route - destroy the past list in order to free up the vitality it holds. You may burn the paper, flush it (piece by piece!) or bury it in the ground, anything to free it back into the universe as a realized goal. Whichever way you prefer to treat your old lists, I believe the accent is on realizing that you’ve successfully manifested your desires and that you may now use your energy to manifest new ones.

Happy manifesting!
