The Art of Seducing a Woman

Thursday, April 17th, 2008
by Kim and Charles Petty

Understanding what a woman is looking for in a man is the first secret to seducing a woman. For many men, the concept of how to seduce a woman is simply a mystery. It’s understandable, though. Men and women differ in so many ways that it’s difficult for many of us to really grasp how to get inside the mind of the opposite sex.

The true key to seducing a woman isn’t a mere laundry list to check off, step by step. It’s more a guidebook on the path you must follow to completely seduce a woman, mind, body and soul. And believe it or not, what really gets a woman going is much simpler than you may have ever imagined.

Understanding the differences between the sexes will help give you a better foundation on which to build your knowledge of women. Once you can get inside her mind, it’s all downhill from there.

Communication is ultimately the most important aspect in seducing a woman. Like so many other aspects of our lives, effective communication is the key to success. You want to take the time to really get to know her and what she’s looking for. This will benefit you greatly when it comes to pleasing her, so don’t think that getting to know your woman is a pointless, grueling task of learning a bunch of useless information.

Patience when seducing your woman is equally important, too. Being in a hurry will only prove to damage any good you could’ve done by learning anything at all about your woman. When it comes to seducing a woman, take it slow. We want a man to take his time, not just rush in for the brass ring. A woman wants to know that you aren’t just playing her for sex. And the best way to prove yourself is to take your time.

All in all, women want to feel special. Being romantic makes us feel special. So if you want to seduce your woman you have to be romantic. It proves that you care, that you want to please her and that you know how to treat a woman right. Romance will take you a long way in seducing a woman.

Wedding Ceremony Types

Monday, April 14th, 2008
by Geraldine Dimarco

For those of you who do not know, a wedding is a legal ceremony that commences a union between two people. Whilst the ceremony may occur in a church or other religious place the marriage is not recognized until the marriage certificate is signed by the bride, groom and witnesses.

Marriages in a Church

As soon as you look outside of your own race, religious and social group, the wedding tradition can become very complex. Many people, whether religious or not, still prefer to have a traditional ceremony performed by a recognized religious minister in a Church of their choice, together with traditional wedding ceremony decorations, wedding ceremony music and usually wedding ceremony readings as well.

Twin Ceremonies

Although unusual a double marriage is a where two couples are married at the same time; typically, a person with a brother or sister might plan this type of occasion with that sibling. Most often, these ceremonies are accompanied by wedding cereomy music and wedding ceremony readings, just as single ceremonies are.

Foreign Resort Weddings

Destination weddings are becoming more popular and many couples decide to have their wedding and honeymoon in the same place. Whether this happens for an intimate beach ceremony in the Caribbean, or extravagant nuptials in Las Vegas, it will qualify as a destination wedding. Wedding ceremony decorations and wedding ceremony music may be readily available, depending upon your wedding destination, or you may need to give those items some further thought. And wedding ceremony readings can, of course, occur anywhere - you just need to prepare them in advance, and may not have the input of your church minister, priest, rabbi, iman or celebrant. You’ll need to think for yourselves!

Weekend Weddings

A weekend wedding is where couples and their guests celebrate over the course of a weekend. Special activities, such as spa treatments and golf tournaments, are scheduled into the itinerary for guests’ enjoyment throughout the weekend. Accommodation for these is normally arranged at the place where the service is going to take place and where the other events are also being held. Wedding ceremony music, wedding ceremony decorations and wedding ceremony readings may certainly form part of a weekend wedding, just a they would with any type of wedding.

An Online Wedding Ceremony

Although it has not really caught on yet, a few bold and different people have decided to tie the knot online but it may be sometime before this style of wedding really becomes more popular. There are even guides for information on how to go about an internet ceremony with information on people that can carry it out for you. Marriages that are broadcast live online are also referred to as online weddings. These broadcast wedding ceremonies are far more likely to be traditional wedding ceremonies with music and decorations, since they may be taking place in a traditional wedding ceremony function center but be being broadcast for relatives or friends who live overseas or are otherwise unable to make it in person to the wedding ceremony.

City Hall Marriages

Despite the term civil wedding, most services that take place outside of a Church, wherever that may be, are civil weddings which have to be carried out by appointed or elected judges, mayors or a justice of the peace. These ceremonies do not normally make any reference to God as they are a legal ceremony only. These services often take place in city halls, courthouses and other designated areas of town. They are “bare minimum” ceremonies from the point of view of preparation - you won’t need to stress about wedding ceremony music, wedding ceremony readings or even any wedding ceremony decorations.

Join Dating Agencies to Meet Christians

Saturday, April 12th, 2008
by Sandra Blue

If you ask most people they will say it is very hard to find someone to date who is nice. When you choose to date someone within the same faith as you, it seems to be more difficult. Some Christians attend church socials in the hope of finding a date only to be disappointed. Today, there are many Christian dating agencies available to you.

Christians join dating services for a number of different reasons. A long lasting romantic partner might seem like an obvious reason but most times they are looking for a friendship or someone that shares the same interest as them when it comes to the Bible and their faith. Mostly, people want to meet other people that will help them to grow their faith in God.

The most common type of Christian dating service is the online dating service. All you have to do is fill in some information, upload a picture of yourself and have a valid email address. Once you become a member you are able to easily search through the other members to see if you can find someone you are interested in. You can refine your search by choosing an age group or a location. Then you can send people messages and if they like you they can respond back.

Some online dating agencies are free and some do charge a fee. A free trial membership is usually provided from those dating agencies that are charging a fee so that you can determine if you would like to join their service. But, before committing to a dating agency, please consider some of the following.

First, with every type of online business out there, there is a possibility that you could get scammed. Therefore, if you are asked for personal information such as your real name or address then do not continue with the application. Choose a dating agency that states that they screen all applicants before allowing them to become a member.

Another important thing is to choose a site that offers you the services you are interested in. As stated above, choose a website that screens its applicants. Some websites also offer forums and chat rooms where people can chat in a safe environment. This is another way to find someone interesting besides simply looking at profiles.

Christian online dating agencies are growing rapidly in popularity. This is a niche online dating service where if you sign up you can be assured that the other members share you faith. This is so important to many Christians when they are searching for a partner. Other people also find it a great way to be able to find people to talk about God or read scripture.

If this is something that interests you then you just need to be open to the possibilities. Because you never have to make a full commitment up front you can simply try it and see if it works for you.

Getting An Ex Back: Control Anger and Negative Emotions

Friday, April 11th, 2008
by Molly Laws

After an unwanted break up it’s easy to be angry with yourself, your ex and anyone that you feel contributed to the break up or interfered. To have the best possible chance of getting your ex back you need to eliminate or at least control this anger and any other negative emotions you may be feeling like jealousy

Allowing yourself to be overcome by anger and jealousy will only do you harm.

Angry people do stupid, harmful things that could put paid to any chance you have getting your ex back.

Before you get started in your efforts to get your ex back it’s important that you calm yourself. Drop all bitterness, especially if it is directed at your ex or yourself.

This may not be easy to do. Most of us have a running commentary going on in our minds that is not always easy to control. There are a few things you can try that may help you to get control of your thoughts.

Just Say No

Simply refuse to think angry and negative thoughts. Whenever thoughts like this enter your mind just gently usher them right out again. Don’t offer them any space to dwell there. Move them out and think of other things. This may seem simplistic but it is often the simple things that work best.

Speak With A Higher Force

Prayer will not help you to win the lottery but it will help you to control your emotions. Speak gently and softly to whatever power you recognize to exist and ask for help in keeping your emotions in check.

Try Meditation

Try thinking no thoughts at all. Sit quietly and let any thought that enter your mind simply flow out again. Practice this and it can be very calming.

Sweat Out Negative Thoughts

Vigorous exercise can be miraculous when trying to get your thinking under control. It doesn’t matter what you do as long as it takes some concentration and makes you sweat. Swimming is a favorite of mine. With regular exercise your thoughts will be easier to control and you’ll sleep like a baby, too.

To have the best possible chance of getting your ex back you need to be in good emotional shape. If you are angry and needy your ex won’t want to be with you and neither will anyone else. Take control of your thought and you are taking the first necessary step toward getting your ex back into your life.

Choosing a Wedding Gown from Among Unusual Weddings Dresses

Friday, April 11th, 2008
by Geraldine Dimarco

Probably the most money you will spend for a single day will be that for your wedding - the industry is worth almost 25.5 billion dollars annually and when a wedding has an average cost of approximately 25,000 dollars that’s perhaps not surprising. Organizing an enormous event like this when you are on a tight budget may seem an enormous task but it is possible; carried out properly, the majority of guests will not even realize they have attended a ‘cheap wedding’. However, sometimes all that is needed is some help with the planning to help lower that total - ideas that could help you achieve your dream day for less.

Cheap Wedding Gowns

Choosing a wedding gown does not have to be costly. The huge cost of a designer wedding dress cannot always be justified these days. many bridal shops carry a large number of previously owned dresses that can be hired or bought for considerably less than new. Or if you’re looking for unusual wedding dresses, try a casual wedding dress which is likely to cost a lot less than a formal wedding gown.

Planning the Reception

Controlling costs especially on the reception is probably the hardest part; if you want a cheap wedding, this is where you may have to start, firstly by reducing the number on the guest list. Try and keep your guest list to a minimum: ask yourself if you really need to invite family members you haven’t seen for years; instead, opt for a three course meal or a hot and cold buffet.

If you intend holding the wedding reception in an expensive hotel then stop and look at the available options; consider holding it at a club perhaps or even book a restaurant where you can keep an open bar to a minimum by only serving beer, wine and soft drinks.

The Wedding Photographs

Photographers are expensive but there is generally no need to hire one for the whole day; why not have your friends and relatives take pictures during the reception. If you really want to be ‘avant guard’, why pay for a photographer at all; these days most people know someone who is a keen, capable amateur photographer, and there is nothing wrong with asking them to take photos throughout the whole day.

PC Produced Contemporary Stationary

Other areas where you can be assured of saving money is cheap wedding invitations and other wedding stationery. Today’s home computers and printers are able to provide near professional results. The quality of printers available combined with sophisticated programs means it is quite easy to make your own cheap wedding invitations if you have a mind to. In fact very professional looking results can be achieved on a home computer. Otherwise you may find some good cheap wedding supplies stores that stock some pretty cheap wedding invitations.

Flowers at the Wedding

There are also savings to be made with the flower displays; there is no reason why the flowers cannot be purchased from a wholesaler just as florists do. There is no reason why a friend or relative can’t bake the wedding cake; this will save more money plus the traditional fruit cake does not have to be used as there are many other fillings that people enjoy.

The Wedding Limousine

One last money saving tip is too use the car of someone you know for the day, using this instead of a fancy limousine; you can almost guarantee they will be more than happy too.

Cheap weddings are possible without the wedding seeming it has been cost driven. The point is that guests enjoy the day, and I bet they won’t even notice the cheap wedding invitations, cheap wedding dress, cheap wedding decorations, or any of the other cheap wedding ideas you manage to come up with!

After your wedding, of course you cannot wait for your honeymoon. It would be best to plan your honeymoon before the wedding so that you can enjoy the perfect married couple’s first holiday together. A Bahamas honeymoon vacation package can be a perfect choice because it has approximately 700 islands that you can choose from.

The local cuisine of the Bahamas is quite predictable in the fact that it revolves around the ocean’s gifts. Fresh seafood ranging from crawfish, crabs and fish are dished up daily with rice, baked macaroni and cheese, and potato salad. Conch, or mollusks is an island favorite and can be served in many assorted ways for a finicky palate. Choosing the best destination will never be a big problem because almost all the Bahamas honeymoon destination has all the amenities and excursions that both of you will enjoy.

In northern Bahamas, you will find the Paradise Island and the New Providence Island which are filled with ecotourism, fishing, festival, water sports, gaming and golfing. There are a lot of self-motivated activities that you will surely enjoy. With Bahamas honeymoon destination, there is no end to possibilities.

Crooked Island and Mayaguana are situated in the southern section of the Bahamas and are relatively underdeveloped. This is not a bad thing when looking at a location for remote fishing, diving, or even just relaxing without the tourism hype. If looking to get away from it all includes getting away from your fast-paced lifestyle, surely the southern Bahamas Islands are guaranteed to please.

Be sure to have a valid passport for at least 6 months prior to traveling to anywhere in the Bahamas. The stipulations of each country do vary slightly, but on average, a valid passport must be active for 6 months before traveling and is the only paperwork needed unless you are planning an extended stay, in which case you will need a VISA. Additional picture identification is always a good idea when traveling to another country, but be sure to have all your personal effects secure to eliminate the possibility of loss, damage, or theft while traveling.

Once the couple has these requirements already on hand, then all they need to expect is a great trip to Bahamas. During their stay, they may even be recipients of wonderful, surprise amentiies for honeymooning couples, which are usually included in the Bahamas vacation packages and honeymoons.

To Get Your Ex Back Be Strong And Willing To Change

Monday, April 7th, 2008
by Molly Laws

If you are determined to get your ex back you will first need to make slow and careful contact with him or her. When the time is right, be sure it’s not too soon, you will have to have a face-to-face talk with your ex where you will raise the subject of getting back together. It is crucial that you handle this meeting right if you are going to regain your partner.

Before this critical meeting it’s important that you get your act together. You have to do some soul searching. Consider the reasons for the break up. Be as unemotional as you possible.

Write down the reasons that you and your ex have broken up and then think about the part you played in each of them. You need to know in what areas you are willing and able to make changes.

You need to know where you will compromise and, perhaps more importantly, where you will not. Be realistic. Don’t tell yourself that you will change some facet of your life or personality that you know in heart you cannot or will not change.

Don’t allow this introspection to depress you. You have faults, and so does everyone else. By understanding what aspects of your life and personality you are willing to change, and which you aren’t you arm yourself with powerful self-knowledge. Use this to gather confidence and strength.

On the day of the meeting you have arranged with your ex give yourself plenty of time. Don’t plan anything else for the day and take the day off work if necessary.

You want to look your best and feed your self with plenty of positive self-talk. You want to walk into the meeting feeling good about yourself and knowing that getting your ex back is the right thing for both of you.

Keep the conversation light and casual at first. Ask about the same things you would have when you were still together, work, books, sports, mutual friends, that sort of thing.

Don’t rush. When you judge the time to right just tell your ex you realize that certain aspects of your life or personality were in large part responsible for the break up.

Don’t offer to change in order to get him or her back. Instead make to clear that you are already making changes for your own good and that you feel these changes make it possible to for the two of you to renew your relationship. This is very important. You need to be strong and confident, not grasping and needy.

Critical self examination can be difficult. But if you do not allow your emotions to rule your head and come out the other side with increased confidence in yourself and your ability to change you greatly increase the chances of getting your ex back and be a better person, too.

Don’t Suffer From a Pain in the ASK!

Monday, April 7th, 2008
by Drs Bil & Cher Holton

How many times have you read Matthew 21:22 (Ask, believing you have received) and said, “Uh-huh! I’ve asked, but it is not coming. So this verse just isn’t true!” In reality, this verse is a kind of enigma - one with shrouded messages. The hint is in the word ‘ask’ which brings about the problem:”Ask” should actually be construed as “Declare.”

Let’s use the example of asking a water faucet for water, or asking an electrical outlet for electricity, We may not comprehend how the principles of running water or electricity work, but we know they’re reliable utilities. We don’t approach, get on our knees, and beg for water. We only “work the principle!” In our work, we have long used the phrase “Don’t suffer from a pain in the Ask” as one of our primary precepts for success. Read cautiously! We said ASK! Do you understand how fearful people are of asking? Here is the deal: you can feel dense for five minutes while you ask, or be dense for a lifetime since you don’t ask!” Sort of puts things in perspective, doesn’t it?

So what does that have to do with Matthew 21:22? What does it mean to ask, believing we have received? To understand that, we need to read between the lines, and see the word ASK as a word that carries three clues to how we’re to “Declare.” Declare means to Affirm it! - See it! - Know it!

Affirm It! This means speaking as if it is already a done deal from a knowingness of abundance rather than from a knowingness of lack. Pay attention to the words you speak. They will tell you where your knowingness is! Are you concentrating on what you don’t have? Make the mental shift to affirming what it is you’re seeking. Say it in confident terms, and say it with conviction!

Now here’s a secret: instead of affirming a specific outcome, affirm the essence of what you want. (For example, instead of affirming I need a raise, affirm that you’re financially free, with all your bills paid and plenty of money to share and spare.) (Instead of, I no longer tolerate asthma, affirm I’ve now transcended all forms of illness. I’m complete and healthy!)

See It! The art of visualizing actually embodies the core of what we are asking. Visualizing is often misinterpreted, because not everyone sees pictures. There are many ways to “visualize” or “see” what you’re declaring.

Know It! Knowing from deep inside - where we know that we know that we know - is the key! It is the knowing that permits us to simply turn the faucet to get water - to hit the switch knowing we will get light. Imagine if we had that same form of knowing about our relationship to the Christ within!

There’s a classic clinical tale about a young man who believes he is dead - a walking corpse. His exacerbated parents struggle to enlighten him, and at long last arrange an appointment with an extremely respected New York City psychiatrist. The psychiatrist tries his professional best to convince the young man that he is not a corpse, and that he is not dead.

The two men unproductively debate the point back and forth. Finally the psychiatrist has an thought he is certain will convince the young man that his belief is incorrect. The psychiatrist turns to the young man and asks, “Do you think dead people bleed?” The young man ponders this for a moment, then answers: “No, all body functions stop when you’re dead. So there’s no blood flow.”

The psychiatrist takes a needle from his desk and pricks the young man’s finger. The young man gasps and gazes at his finger in amazement. “Well,” he finally stutters. “I’ll be darned. Dead people DO bleed!” His belief is so compelling that logical evidence has no influence over his illusion at all.

Jesus demonstrated the power of declaring from this awareness, when He performed miracles. We can do what He did, (He said so, check it out) once we know the secret of the word ASK (Affirm it, See it, and Know it) Then pay attention, listen, and act. We guarantee that from this awareness, you truly can ask, believing you have received, and it will be yours!
