Depending on your body type and weight, your gene pool and a workout program you will actually look forward to, will determine if you will achieve your fitness goals.
Most people at the start of a fitness program are facing being overweight and lethargic lifestyles with poor eating habits that will escalate into possibly debilitating diseases and if not corrected will have a tendancy of a downward unhealthy outcome.
Getting off your rear end and actually doing something about it before it’s to late is the wall that prevents most people from getting into a healthy shape.
Fact is, once you begin a workout program, it should be hard, and intense, in order to reap all the benefits of a structured workout regimen. This intensity will not only help your metabolism but will have fatburning and muscle building effects for a period after you’ve finished your routine. Research has proven harder is better for these results.
If you are overweight, you want to burn as much fat as possible in the beginning with vigorous aerobics, jogging, bike riding, jumping jacks and any of the other cardio type exercises, otherwise your building muscle under fat.
This does’nt mean you should’nt include strength training into the program though. As you start shedding the pounds, you will want to include more muscle building routines into the program.
On the off days, it’s not a bad idea to try and do about 20 minutes of cardio to keep your weight in check.
The intense non-stop muscle building routines will also have a fatburning effect. Of course, if your not eating right and eliminating all bad eating habits, it will be a never ending struggle to truly get fit.

To reap the most out of your workout program you will have to perform up to 60 minutes for 5 or 6 days a week of intense exercise.
Pinpointing each muscle group as you exercise is the key to maximum results. Regardless of your body type or genetics, there will be a positive outcome when done properly.
There are so many different new diet programs and supplements, plus every imaginable apparatus and workout, that it becomes hard to find what is right for you. Many do provide what they claim but if your not working diligently at it, it will not happen.
The best way to get rid of the fat and replace with a contoured full body transformation is with a continuous muscle rotation and fat burning workout. You do this and it will have great body changing results.
